Furnishing a spacious rooftop apartment in Bratislava
Within the spacious two-bedroom apartment, we designed and crafted several standalone furniture pieces, primarily from solid walnut wood. The most prominent feature is a 4-meter-long walnut sideboard, where each storage space has its precisely defined purpose.
We separated the entryway from the rest of the living space with an L-shaped partition made of metal and glass. This wall creates the impression of an anteroom while visually not reducing the space of the living area. In the anteroom, we added additional furniture elements, such as a frameless mirror, a walnut sideboard on a steel base, and a shoe rack.
Between the kitchen and the living room, we placed a dining table made of solid walnut with a black metal base. This 90 cm high table falls into the category of bar tables and serves as an ideal spot for light breakfasts or dinners for two.
The bathroom furnishing consist of several unique pieces, also in a combination of walnut wood and black steel. The overall impression of the apartment is thus interesting, minimalist, and in combination with accessories, it feels cozy.
